Joel's History
Joel began his career as an insurance assessor, and ran his own business for over 30 years, until realizing one day that he wasn’t feeling fulfilled, and making the decision to walk away from it all, so he could lead his life in more conscious alignment with his values of authenticity, love and joy.
Philosophy
Joel has plans for new memories and experiences, but he lives now, right now - present to the moment, not burdened by the past or eager for what is yet to be.
He lives with gratitude for every setback, for the gift to review his choices and his commitment – to be reminded why he does what he does, what is important to him, and the lessons he must still take. Without these gifts, he would rely on luck, and fail to grow, fulfil his potential, and make the difference only he can make.
Joel believes that motivation comes from within each person. All people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. Completely whole. It is pressure from the outside world that often throws us off balance. Always looking in at our life from the outside is what causes us to feel inadequate and insecure, which then leads to making poor decisions.
When we start to look at ourselves from the inside out, knowing our own values, setting goals and voicing desires, we can then live more empowered and whole lives. Joel's coaching will help you focus on yourself from the inside out and rediscover your personal values and goals.
